In this workshop we dive deep into exploring back bends, through this exploration we will work through the fundamentals of back-bending to more advanced postures, transitions and into inversions. Developing back strength and opening up the front of the body by working on key areas such as shoulders, upper/middle back, back core and hip flexors. We will move with more confidence and efficiency into our backbends, making backbending a fun and liberating experience.
