PINCHA WORKSHOP
In this playful 2 hour workshop we will break down the fundamentals of holding pincha, to exploring different progressions you can take.
Through conditioning the body in preparation to support itself in pincha, we will build up strength and flexibility to help create more awareness of body positioning, which will give you more confidence when you’re upside down.

EXPLORATION OF BACK-BENDS WORKSHOP
The session is designed to strengthen and tone the back core and develop flexibility through the hip flexors, quads, shoulders and chest by using specific drills. Working with these key areas is a great way to release tension and promote better posture whilst building strength and power through the legs, arms and back muscles. It can also stimulate us on an energetic level too. In turn, creating more awareness and joy whilst exploring the movement of your spine.

TIPI DAY RETREAT
Join us for this immersive experience in the magical woodland venue inside two giant tipi's. Nestled in the small valley of Norbury Hollow, on the very edge of East Cheshire. A day retreat full of movement, restoration, connection and nutrition. SPLITS & PANCAKE WORKSHOP
A focused workshop hosted by TPS and led by yoga and movement teacher Nicole Driscoll. Working with the necessary drills and stretches to help you achieve the splits and work into your pancake, featuring lots of focus on quads, hip flexors, hamstrings and adductors. Flexibility is not a quick fix but one that requires consistency and time to achieve these intense stretches effectively and safely.
