In this playful 2 hour workshop we will break down the fundamentals of holding pincha, to exploring different progressions you can take.
Through conditioning the body in preparation to support itself in pincha, we will build up strength and flexibility to help create more awareness of body positioning, which will give you more confidence when youβre upside down.
