This day retreat is designed to infuse your entire body and mind with a deeply nourishing experience, integrating different disciplines to awaken your body, releasing any stagnancy or tension. Submerge yourself in the element of water, the day holds a keen focus on the groin and hips. Come find your fluidity within your body and drop into stillness with your mind.
Mandala Vinyasa - through this dynamic & creative yoga practise we will move 360 around the mat, flowing through the waves of the water element, Building strength and softness, stability and mobility, breaking through any stagnancy within our physical bodies.
Yin, Yoga Nidra & Sound bowls - this nourishing and restoring session will have you deeply relaxed and by the end you will leave feeling like you are floating. Through this session you will be guided through meditation, breath-work to help ease the body into stillness, gentle shifting through various yin postures to help open up and release by tapping into any physical and mental tension. Concluding with yoga nidra and the sounds of the crystal singing bowls to infuse your entire body in a deeply healing and nourishing experience.

14:00 - Lunch - A vibrant, healthy banquet of delicious food & dessert. Chat, relax and time to explore the beauty of kip & nooks grounds.
15:00 - Breath-work & Yin Yoga
16:15 - Yoga Nidra with sound bowls
17:00 - Finish
